The product needs to be unopened, unused and in original un-damaged packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact the customer service team before returning your item. Change of Mind Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover costs.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Perth via Express Post. Express Post: $12.50 for order up to 1kg. $15.00 for orders up to 3kg.
